GUIDELINES

  001.    In Character≠OOC. Do not think anything that happens goes beyond that, everything is done in character only and any and all drama will be blocked and unanswered as my characters feelings and actions are not a reflection of my own. No Metagaming. Do not use information your character wouldn't realistically know in plots or scenarios. Admin has a boyfriend beyond the screen, if that is an issue, quite frankly, it is your own to deal with.  002.    My Character is Mine. No godmodding, retconning, or just overall weoponizing of characters to make them OP or to force my character into a situation that's not been talked about or consented to. It's boring and leaves no room for creative freedom or replies.  003.    Understand Time. Trying to force replies will result in an immediate termination of the plot. Admin is often busy with two jobs out of character and replies can be sporadic. Reminding me I owe a reply is fine, but trying to force/guilt one out of me is unacceptable.  004.    Morality. Racism, Transphobia, Misogyny, or blatant Bigotry are not welcome on my page. It won't be tolerated in character or out and will land an immediate block without any questions asked. I will not hear you out. I don't want anything to do with any drama or bullshit. This is a fake world and unless your character has beef with mine we have nothing to discuss.  005.    Shipping. This character was made for fun and I'd like to keep him fun. That being said, shipping is fine and Soren is multi but beyond chemistry being there they must have a story written together and actual plot for anything to develop. At this current time he's also uninterested. He's content in his single life, don't push that.  006.    NSFW / DEAD DOVE. Any triggering or NSFW plots must be consented to and talked about first, do not just assume you can do anything you'd like to my character. On that same note This account and plots WILL contain dead dove / dark content including, but not limited to; Death, Murder, Cannibalism, Bodily Horrors, Blood, Body Modification, Bodily Mutilation, and so on  007.    Communicate! While I won't change my character for anyone, I am still an understanding person who just enjoys writing and writing cannot be enjoyable if both parties aren't happy. If there are things you dislike or a plot point you're not enjoying, let me know so we can work something out! If you no longer want to write, communicate that too. No hard feelings, muse comes and goes and it's valid!

I'm not too interested in making friends outside of a story but I'm not opposed either. I woukd prefer friendships but built through our writing and plotting but it's not a full time necessity, though I will always prioritize those actually writing with me first. I just want to have fun with this character I love and I hope everyone else will too♡

SOREN AHN

  Happy go lucky, outgoing.. a front,   Soren is a child of misfortune, his earliest memories those of abuse and hate. He didn't know when he was left at the orphanage, he couldn't remember parents of any kind, but as he grew he came to realize he'd been abandoned. Even then that wasn't all too bad, he could find a family that actually wanted him, grow up, do amazing things! Except, unbeknownst to them all, Soren was different; a fact that would come to light on the peek of his 9th birthday. What was meant to be a day of joy for the young man turned to one of horror as for the first time his draconian nature had awoken and he shifted right there in the lunch room of the orphanage, children and caretakers alike screaming in horror as the confused boy simply tried to stand in this unfamiliar form, his scales soft, not yet hardned..and thats when the pain came and the scent of blood, HIS blood, coated his senses as anything and everything was being hurled at him, braver ones even hitting him with poles of broken brooms. Why couldn't they see he was just as scared? Just as confused? He ran. Soren ran and he never looked back..teaching himself over the years through many trials and much more failures how to be a dragon..how to be..a person. These days, Soren puts on a front, the happy go lucky trickster who pickpockets better than he reads, though on the inside the dragon harbors a deep seeded hatred for humanity, buying his days until he can burn them all in the ever blazing flames of his pain.Growing up hadn't been so easy on the dragon. He didn't know what he was, who he was. If he was something other than human, why had he been abandoned with them? Were his parents disgusted? Did they know? Did they hope the humans would kill him? He always had more questions than answers and now, on his own, not a single soul to answer them. He'd escaped that day, but he couldn't escape this. Living alone in the woods wasn't ideal, especially for a child of only 9, but somehow Soren had made it work. He'd learned how to properly shift, he'd learned how to control it and as such hunting small animals for food had become like second nature to the beast. Even then, every day brought upon new challenges, new injuries as he grew and his scales began to harden. It wasn't until his third year alone that he'd tried to get properly used to this body that had never been explained to him, flapping hardly steady wings and lifting off the ground for the first time...only to crash right back down. Exhausted and battered from his attemps, and from the overall decay of his mental health, there came a point when Soren himself felt it best to end it all. Only 12, he'd climbed to the highest peek of a mountain. Nobody had wanted him, why should he struggle so hard to cling onto a life that had abandoned him? He'd jumped that day. Taken the plunge atop the rocky cliffs. While his mind was tired, it seemed his body wasn't and for the first time Soren had properly flown that day, instincts overriding desire and with it, a new found strength.From 12 until he was 18, Soren taught himself everything he could about his body, his identity. Taught himself to wield it like a weopon and a shield, how to use his powers and discovering new ones with every shed. When Soren felt he no longer had anything to worry about; humans, monsters, the world, the resentful dragon left his hideaway in the forest and reentered society with only one goal- Revenge. But it wouldn't be as easy as he'd hoped and quickly the angry man realized he'd have to learn to be human to destroy the humans. So he watched, he watched and he imitated, adopting personalities like pets and testing the waters with each before settling on the easy going one he wears to this day, laughing and joking, being playful at all the right times. Humans trusted when they felt safe, afterall. He learned to pickpocket, learned to steal without being caught, and how to manipulate the situations around him. Making many, many "friends", Soren would begin amassing a large hoard. Mundane items to those of the Gods being entrusted to him for protection and care. Slowly but surely, Soren was collecting every thing and every person he'd need to accomplish his goals, feelings be dammed.These days, Soren bides his time with those he's deemed close to him, lazing around and playing the perfect role of whiny and mischievous little dragon and taking care of his hoard. He has been known to eat humans and animals alike without discrimination, especially those who pry too deeply into his background or wander too close to hoard. A warning to anyone who desires his company, or perhaps, a challenge from the hungry dragon himself.

  DRAGON      —  Canon. 
A dragon shifter, Soren has the ability to switch freely between this human form and that of his true form. When shifted, Soren is quite massive and still growing, easily towering over small homes and buildings with ease. This form is Silver in color with scales that are near translucent, reflecting rainbows in the light of the sun. As he grows, he will gain new abilities until reaching his final shed and becoming a fully grown adult dragon. His current abilities include: Shapeshifting, rapid healing, fire-breathing, blood that heals nearly any injury or disease that is not death.

  DEMON    —   AU. 
In this au Soren is a demon of pride. Sent to the mundane world, the demon is on a quest to corrupt and defile, to return with as many souls as possible and will cut no corners to achieve this goal. He often strikes up deals with humans and creatures alike, fulfilling every desire until their soul has fallen far enough to steal.

  VARIOUS    —   AU. 
With shapeshifting, Soren will often take many forms and roles. Most are unserious and just for fun and aren't to be taken seriously or held onto as his interests change rapidly.
